IAM933.NET - Time to get rid of Lodge 933
Old ideas don't go away on their own.
Welcome to The Decertify IAMAW Lodge 933 Web Page.
Our purpose is to help the workers at Raytheon Missile Systems free themselves of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Lodge 933. Union membership is currently less than fifty percent of the workers at Raytheon. They no longer speak for the majority. We believe that they served a purpose at one time in history, but now they are soon to be relic of the past. This union doesn't serve the best interest of the majority of RMS workers. We believe the lodge is run by incompetence and is lacking credibility in representation. We at IAM933.NET are a loose group of hourly employees who campaign together to improve working conditions at Raytheon. We like the good ideas proposed by RMS for hourly workers. We like our jobs. We want to be part of the RMS TEAM. We want the same opportunities that salaried employees enjoy without being stifled by "protectionism". Union obstructionism causes us to be treated like second class employees. Our pay will rise without this union. We will receive RONA without this union. Our jobs will be secure without this union. We wish to improve the well being of union members and non union workers. We will have more job satisfaction when we all decide to stop paying Lodge 933 to "fight" for us.
The gear is old, rusty, and broken… Lets get rid of it.
